Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, we typically cannot accommodate changes or cancellations do in part to the following reasons:

  1. Efficiency and Speed: Our order processing system is designed for efficiency and to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it undergoes various stages of processing, including picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure prompt delivery to our customers.

  2. Automated Systems: To maintain accuracy and reduce errors, our order processing is largely automated. This automation allows us to streamline operations and manage a high volume of orders effectively.

  3. Logistics and Shipping Partners: Once an order is processed, it is often handed over to our logistics and shipping partners for delivery. At this stage, changing the address or canceling the order becomes logistically challenging and may lead to delays or additional complications.

  4. Data Security: Protecting our customers' personal information is of utmost importance to us. Once an order is placed, sensitive data, such as payment details and addresses, are encrypted and stored securely. As a result, accessing and altering this information becomes restricted to ensure data security.

While we are unable to modify the order after processing, we suggest the following options:

  1. Address Changes: If you require the order to be delivered to a different address, you can contact the shipping carrier directly and provide them with the tracking number to request a delivery address change.

  2. Returns and Exchanges: Once you receive the order, if it is not suitable for your needs, you can initiate a return or exchange following our Return & Exchange Policy.

During periods of high volume sales, there is also a possibility that your order may be cancelled if the inventory sells out. In such cases, all charges will be automatically refunded. We encourage you to consider placing your order again or joining our waitlist for the sold-out item.
