Regular Price Merchandise

 Domestic returns must be requested within 14 days of your shipping date to receive a refund or store credit. Once the return label has been created, you must drop off your return at your local carrier within 14 days to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you must then contact Customer Service for assistance. This will result in a merchandise credit on an eGift Card. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Domestic returns will be subject to a $6.00 return shipping fee that covers the cost of the return shipment label and processing. If you select a store credit, the return shipping and processing fees will be waived.

 Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

 As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, issuing your refunds may take slightly longer than usual (10–14 days). We appreciate your patience during this time.

 Sale Price Merchandise

 Sale items marked with a discount of more than 30% but less than 50% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if the return is requested within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for sales or discounted items.

 Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater or listed as final sale items cannot be returned.


 Products MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached.

 We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.

 NOTE. Soul Expression utilizes advanced technology to scan returned intimate or bodysuit items to ensure they have not been worn and meet our high sanitary standards.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.


Drinkware must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging purchased from Soul expression website. We do not accept returns of customized items. 

All drinkware returns must be submitted separately from all other apparel product returns.


 All return requests must be submitted and approved though our return portal.  Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

To make it easy, you may access the portal via the chat option located in the lower right hand corner of our website and through the "Request Return/Exchange" option located in the footer of our webpage. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows as delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method (regular-priced items, items discounted by less than 30% and requested within 14 days of the shipment date only).

 Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial organizations.

 Where returns are processed for store credit, a Soul Expression eGift Card will be issued once your return order has been received and approved. The eGift Card will be sent to the email used to make the original purchase.

 Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as an eGift Card to the gift recipient once the return order has been received and approved.

eGift Cards 

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using an eGift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto an eGift Card.


Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account when you have returned your purchase back to us, and it has been approved.
