Shipping Policy

For orders within the U.S., we provide free shipping on all orders over $50.


You have the following shipping options available:

  1. Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via UPS or DHL eCommerce.
  2. Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via UPS.
  3. Express - Order by Noon PST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 3 to 4 Business Days via USPS or UPS.
  4. Priority - Order by Noon PST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via USPS or UPS.

For shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, please select Economy. Note that transit times may vary.

Kindly be informed that we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.


Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 12pm PST will be shipped the next day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please keep in mind that all orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, there might be additional processing time required.


Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with your tracking information.  Simply click the link in the email to track your order's progress.  You can also track your order by logging in to your Soul Expression account.


Please note that shipping addresses typically cannot be modified once the order has been placed. We will only ship to the shipping address provided at the time the initial order was placed.


We understand that carrier issues and delays can occur. Sometimes, a package may be scanned as "Delivered" when it is still out for delivery, and it may be physically delivered within the next four business days.

If, after 5 business days, your order still shows as "Delivered" by the carrier and you have not located your package, please contact Customer Service for assistance after checking the surrounding area of your delivery address.

Please note that SOUL EXPRESSION is not responsible for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe there has been a mis-delivery, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. At this time, we are unable to process reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order be placed with the refunded funds.

If the carrier's tracking link for your order shows no activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service for further investigation.


We take utmost care to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. Nevertheless, in the rare instance that your box arrives damaged, we kindly request you to accept the delivery and contact Customer Support for assistance.

Refusal of the order or any part of it without prior authorization will result in you being responsible for all shipping charges.


For orders shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, the displayed prices include import duties and taxes.

For all other countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and shown during the checkout process. Depending on the country, you will have the choice to opt for DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) services.

If you choose DDU, please be aware that you will be responsible for settling the required duties and taxes upon delivery, and the shipping carrier may not release the package until these charges are paid.

eGift Cards are not currently supported for international customers.
